From limo driver and wedding coordinator to karate instructor and retail and marketing manager, I feel like I’ve done so many things over the years; and finally, I’ve found what suites me best. Being able to merge some of my favorite aspects of my favorite jobs over the years all in one place, I can honestly say I love my work. 

As a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, End of Life Doula and Spiritual Coach, it is my mission to help you rediscover and navigate your own healing path. We will work together to identify your needs and goals and discuss what no longer serves you. Through reiki sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching we remove energy that no longer meets your needs and open you to receive incoming energy that is more aligned with your purpose.

We do not seek to fix people. We believe healing unfolds when people are offered compassionate presence, meaningful connections, practical resources, and opportunities to discover their own inner strength and wisdom. 
Whether someone is navigating personal growth, caregiving, serious illness, grief, burnout, or a new beginning, The NavIIgation Station exists to walk beside them - offering tools for the journey, guidance for the path ahead, and a community that reminds them they are never alone.
